Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mekanshi India Private limited . We take pride in our pet care products and want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our Return and Exchange Policy to ensure your shopping experience remains positive and straightforward.
Return Policy:
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange, unless noted otherwise in our product-specific return policies.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Exceptions: Please note that certain customized and personalized product cannot be returned.
- Process: To initiate a return, To apply please click at " Refund and exchange request" tab , available at page bottom. Provide your order number and Email Id /Contact no , the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return with proof(Photo/Video). We will provide you with a return authorization and mailing instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost 30% of product value , unless the return is due to a defective product.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, Store credit will be refund on immediate basis. Please note that your refund may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility: Items eligible for return can also be exchanged within the 7-day period after delivery date , subject to stock availability.
- Process: For exchanges, follow the standard return process and specify in your return request that you would like to exchange the item. Please include details of the new item you wish to receive.
- Shipping: For exchanges due to defective products ,we will provide new exchange item free of cost . For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs 20% of product cost .
Size Issue :- If problem with size than it will be only exchange and 200/- exchange charge will be paid.
Non-returnable items:
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@mekanshi.com all working days , so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
